If shipment is returned to us; (including but not limited to such things as maximum delivery attempts) customers will be charged a $25.00 additional fee to cover expense of returned package. Please note: Our shipments require an adult (over 21) signature. We only ship to the billing address of credit card holder.

NOTE: All orders shipped require 21+ and older signature upon delivery.

Claims must be submitted to the appropriate sales representative within three (3) days after receipt of goods. Claims submitted after the three (3) days will not be processed, NO EXCEPTIONS will be permitted.
Only authorized returns accepted within ten (10) days after receipt of goods. ~NO EXCEPTIONS~
